Cast-Steel Coupling
Heavy-duty cast-steel couplings ensure stable torque transmission between motor and gearbox. They offer strong impact resistance and long fatigue life, even under frequent start–stop conditions.
High-Torque Gearbox
Multiple gearbox configurations (such as ZQ and ZSY types) can be selected according to capacity and material. Low-speed, high-torque output ensures strong cutting force while protecting the shafts and cutting chamber from overload.
Fully Quenched Frame & Shafts
